Palak chapati Tasty Palak Paratha - Indian Style

Ingredients :


Wheat flour-200 gms

Spinach/ palak-1 bunch

Jeera powder-1/2 tsp

Ginger(chopped)-1/2 inch

Green chilli-3

Cooking oil

Salt for taste


How to make in easy steps :

Wash Spinach/Palak in water properly there would mud or stones in it

Wash and rinse it water for 5-10mintues with powedered salt on it so that germs will die

Boil the spinach/Palak for 5mintues and cool it down

Put the whole in mixer grinder with half spoon jeera powder, 3 green chillies , half inch ginger, 

Grind it properly

Keep it aside


Take 2 cups of Wheat flour

Add the palak into it with little salt and put some water

and mix it properly

How we do chapathi , properly mix it and make the dough

Put some oil while mixing the flour since chapathi will come out smooth , it wont dry

Cover it and wait for 10mintues

Like how we do chapathi make it into circles and put it on the frying pan and prepare the best tastly palak/spinach chapathi
